from Menu creation, Bar setup and bottle selection to staff training and hire, I can take your business to the next level by streamlining it, maximising profit and minimising waste.
I’m also a strong advocate for environmental awareness and I can advise you on how to improve your business’ carbon footprint and recycling practices.
My approach is minimalist and utilitarian but also driven by creativity and care for details.

My Current Projects

Juxta
is a consultancy and bartending project born in collaboration with an old friend of mine, the wonderful Morris Mau(link).
The name is an abbreviation of the word “Juxtaposition”, which is basically the contrast of two objects that can be observed when they’re placed close together.
We share the same passions but have very different styles, Morris being a loud, colourful and entertaining Show Man and me being a minimalistic, quiet and warm caretaker.
We believe our opposing styles compliment each other to create something greater than the sum of its parts.
The concept has started as a bartending gig at Wolf Cocktail Bar in Milan, where we swap each other every week, taking over the bar each with our own menus, music and atmosphere to create a refreshing and engaging experience for the guests.
The project might expand to new venues in the future or evolve to include new figures so click the link to find more about it and stay tuned for updates.

Ballarin
is my personal project that I’ve been developing for years and which includes my personal consulting work, a media channel to showcase the creative process that goes behind the creation of my drinks and plans to open my own Bar and launch my own brand of Spirits, Liqueurs and Fermented drinks.
